About Ella

Ella has been practicing pilates since 2004 and has ever since held high respect and passion for its philosophy, functionality and results.

She completed her Diploma through Pilates ITC, and is enjoying teaching mat and studio sessions and sharing the benefits with others.  Ella’s philosophy and approaching to teaching is to practice what you preach – and treat yourself well; your body will love it.

Ella is also a board member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA) based in Sydney.

Ella's other life

Since making the decision to leave corporate work to focus on establishing her Pilates business and become a mum, she has embraced the beauty of motherhood while running a business and balances work and play through the joy of doing exactly what she loves.

Ella is a mother to a beautiful baby girl and advocates that continuing to practice Pilates during pregnancy enabled her to ensure optimal health and wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally and helped her adjust to the continuing physical changes she was experiencing in her body.  And now post pregnancy, safely delivered of her gorgeous baby girl, she can confidentally say that Pilates has played a major part in her postpartum recover and in restoring her strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
