Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a membership, booking or attending a class at Pilates Tasmania, you acknowledge that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions as described below:
Membership Cost & Inclusions

Membership Inclusions
Your membership payment provides access to unlimited online Pilates classes as outlined in the Membership Cost and Inclusions Table above. Your membership is non transferable and unable to be shared with anyone else.
Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your core membership, you can do so at any time by completing the online Membership Cancellation Form. All cancellation requests must be received in writing and we require a minimum of 1 week to process your cancellation.
Membership Renewal & Validity
Your Membership runs in perpetuity and will automatically renew every 30 days or 60 days depending on your sign up selection or offer at the time of joining. You will need to advise Pilates Tasmania if you wish to terminate your membership in writing via our online Membership Cancellation Form before any action will be taken.
Failed Payments
If a payment is unsuccessful against the payment option you provided, you will be charged any associated third party charges in relation to that payment failure on top of the original amount, and a $5.00 administration charge.
