Reverse Biological Age.
Expand What Your Life Can Hold.
In conjunction with your class (or classes) with Pilates Tasmania, we recommend you adopt a daily exercise routine at home through our precision embodied training and longevity platform, CORE Tara.
This is precision embodied training designed to restore resilience, stabilise energy, and improve biological age markers that shape long-term capacity. Access on smart devices on via desktop, explore the platform, experience the system, and decide whether CORE Tara belong in the life you are building.
At home training doesn’t have to be strenuous or difficult – the most effective exercises are those which are completed with precision and practice. A few repetitions of 4 or 5 Pilates based exercises a day will bring you improved results and noticeable benefits.
